For the special gift with a personal touch a bespoke gift wrap service is available. If you are looking for eco-friendly gifts for friends, homeware for yourselves or something to keep the kids amused - look no further than www.greeneyedfrog.co.ukGreen Eyed Frog has grown from a desire to find affordable organic, fair trade and eco-friendly products. We want to make ethical products more widely available to more people, make them exciting and attractive but not compromise our values. We have strong ethical and environmental values and endeavour to be 'green' as can be, grow our own veg and recycle everything... However, we are not the stereotype eccentric Hippy Family but just a normal bunch who believe our planet is worth saving and are trying to do something about it.
Our web site is not just an on-line shop but has been designed to raise awareness, educate and inform. Product research and testing has taken place by our family ‘team' of three young children, parents, grandparents, friends and neighbours to present a collection of quality products that customers will enjoy.
"If we don't use the product ourselves why should you?"
We feel it's important to explain the history and background of each product so that customers can make an informed decision before buying depending on their shade of green. Each item displays a country flag of origin and ‘green' status symbols so that customers can see at a glance how far an item has traveled and how green it is. Packing materials used are environmentally low impact where possible. We recycle cardboard boxes, bags and envelopes and make our own shredded paper for padding (junk mail does come in useful sometimes!).
